“Le camere sono belle spaziose hanno un terrazzo dove ti puoi accomodare e stare in santa pace ha una piscina grande con tutte le sdraio e un bar ottimo. Peccato che sia in un posto da raggiungere un po' difficile se non hai uno scooter devi fare tanta strada. Ciao.”

“Rooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside.
The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp.
Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town.
Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.”
“Расположение отеля удобное, территория и домики снаружи симпатичные. Но внутри, конечно, не хватает уборки и ремонта. Окна в туалете грязные, на всей мебели лежит слой пыли, шторы местами ржавые, стаканы для воды мутные - еле отмыла. В туалете отходят наличники, из образовавшихся дыр бегут муравьи. Завтраки проходят в соседнем кафе по меню. Можно заказать один напиток (например, кофе или смузи) и одно основное блюдо (омлет, блины или сэндвич).”

“Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.”
