“Overall, its just a 3 star hotel . do not expect global Hilton standards in anything. The Best part is its location, very easy to commute to NYC by Path, NJ transit in 20 minutes.”

“Even though I arrived around noon, I was able to get my room right away. The staff were very pleasant and never made me feel uncomfortable with any overly attentive attitude. Their service felt natural and genuinely kind.
The price was higher than other airport hotels, but I chose this one because it is located inside the airport and I had read that the shuttle buses run frequently. In reality, this part did not meet my expectations. The shuttle bus from the airport took quite a long time to arrive, and the shuttle to the terminals was divided by terminal, which caused additional waiting time. Compared to other airport hotels, it felt like everything took more time.
Since you can actually see the terminal from the entrance, I found myself wishing it was possible to simply walk there”
“overall the hotel was not bad it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in…the room was beautiful only thing i didn’t like was this big white thing inside the room which was kind of weird.Bathroom was beautiful but my toilet seat was really loose. There was a centipede in my room that totally freaked me out…a couple hairs in my bed and in the shower.Breakfast says it starts at 6:30am i went up to the 9th floor exactly at 6:30am and the lady who made the breakfast said it didn’t start till 7am.So i waited came back and ate and the food was horrible literally the sausage was dry and the potatoes were not fully cooked.I give this hotel a 3.8 review just minor changes that’ll make it a full 5 star. The picture i attached is of the centipede that freaked me out.”
“Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance.
Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh…..
Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long!
At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise.
The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby.
At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby.
Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.”
“When I call the hotel, I can get an operator but then they transfer me to the front desk no one picks up. It’s just the only hold music then it hangs up.”
