“I can’t deny the facilities are old, hopefully they will do renovations soon… in spite of that I recommend this hotel as the staffs are very very kind and nice, the location is perfect! Especially good for those who visits there by Amtrack and plans to go to Prudencia Center.”

“Stayed at this hotel due to 3 reasons 1. Proximity to airport 2. Free shuttle (see photo) 3. Reputable brand name. Hotel gave 2 small bottled water and quench thirst. Hotel has a small corner for cold food, drinks and snacks but pricey; but good for quick buy.”

“โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมก็ไม่เลวเลย มีกลิ่นหอมมากทันทีที่เดินเข้ามา ห้องพักสวยงาม สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันไม่ชอบคือสิ่งสีขาวขนาดใหญ่ในห้องซึ่งค่อนข้างแปลก ห้องน้ำสวยงาม แต่ที่นั่งชักโครกของฉันหลวมมาก มีตะขาบอยู่ในห้องซึ่งทำให้ฉันตกใจมาก มีเส้นผมสองสามเส้นในเตียงและในห้องอาบน้ำ อาหารเช้าบอกว่าเริ่มเวลา 6.30 น. ฉันขึ้นไปชั้น 9 ตรงเวลา 6.30 น. และพนักงานที่ทำอาหารเช้าบอกว่าอาหารเช้าจะเริ่มตอน 7.00 น. ดังนั้นฉันจึงรอแล้วกลับมารับประทานอาหาร อาหารก็แย่มาก ไส้กรอกแห้งและมันฝรั่งไม่สุกดี ฉันให้คะแนนโรงแรมนี้ 3.8 คะแนน แค่เปลี่ยนแปลงเล็กน้อยที่จะทำให้ได้ 5 ดาวเต็ม รูปภาพที่ฉันแนบมาคือตะขาบที่ทำให้ฉันตกใจ”

“Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.”
