“Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war in Ordnung und es floss wie es sein sollte auch warmes Wasser. Zum Zentrum musste man ca. 1,5 km gehen was ich selber in Ordnung finde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung.
Frühstück wurde leider nicht angeboten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und von draußen hörte man jeden Schritt und Tritt. Das Fenster lag zum Flur hin weswegen man kein Tageslicht hatte und die Luft war muffig. Es gab im Bad keinen Abzug. Eine Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.”

“We extended our stay with the hotel twice because it was quite a nice place to spend our time whole in Puebla. All staff were great. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. The AC, hot water, and water pressure were a bonus.
The location was nice for walks. There are many things to see and do close by. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel and quick drive to zocolo.
Should I return to Puebla, I would stay here again.”

“Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido.
La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,.
Sólo tengo un par de observaciones:
- Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño
- El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto”

“Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.”

“Great location and staff! I’m not a fan of hostel rooms with toilets inside but that’s a personal opinion. Shared toilets outside of the room could have been cleaner. A few impolite and loud guests and someone also stole some of my food in the fridge but that’s not the hostels fault. I’d stay again!”
