“There was a lady with redish hair no glasses checking guest in and out whom assisted me in both. She was lovely. I was in distress as I lost my dad’s thermal winter beanie hat at check out and she helped me locate it. Its one of the few items I have left of my dad. I am so grateful she went with me offered to take me back to my room to look as we found it in the hallway floor. She was working Monday January 12.”
“I tried calling the hotel telephone more than three times after we arrived in Logan Airport to get directions to the hotel but no answer. By the time we reach the front desk and saw two staff sitting there with no guests to serve and later on more staffs showed up in the front desk. It was very clear to me that they were not answering the phones. Very disappointing that when you needed the help and nobody picked the phone.”
