“Staying with Gui and Jittra was a real pleasure. A charmig and helpful couple who spoke good English. Jittra will quickly prepare al kinds of dishes and beverages. The facilities are very good here with motor scooters available for hire. The area is rural and peaceful. There are some amazing caves within walking distance. The area suites anyone who likes tranquility in nature. Many walks nearby and the roads are generally quiet. Also a few nice restaurants near.”

“ที่พักน่ารักสำหรับพักหนึ่งคืน เรียบง่ายมาก แต่การติดต่อกับเจ้าของค่อนข้างยากลำบากเพราะปัญหาเรื่องภาษา แต่วิวทิวทัศน์ก็ช่วยชดเชยได้ ในตอนเย็น โต๊ะอาหารก็เต็มไปด้วยอาหารท้องถิ่น อร่อยจริงๆ สิ่งเดียวที่น่ารำคาญสุดๆ คืออาหารเช้ารวมอยู่ในการจองแล้ว แต่ไม่มีใครอยู่ตอนเช้า เรารอตั้งแต่พระอาทิตย์ขึ้นจนถึง 10 โมงเช้า หงุดหงิดมากถ้าคิดว่ารวมอาหารเช้าแล้ว และอยากกินอะไรตอนเช้า สุดท้ายเราก็ไปกินข้าวที่โฮมสเตย์แห่งหนึ่งใกล้ๆ ซึ่งทำให้การเข้าพักของเราจบลงอย่างไม่น่าประทับใจ”

“A home away from home. A quiet lodge where you can have a good rest. The host is a very sweet lady that will take very good care of you. I love her food, if you have the chance please try her cooking. Location is perfect. It is somewhat in the middle of 2 attractions: Nam Lod caves and Ban Jabo. This is how I went about my trip. Arrived late in the afternoon from Mae Hon Son, put my bags down and rest for abit before heading to Nam Lod caves. Be back around early evening, stopped by the convenience store in the town nearby for some snacks and beer. Be back to the lodging and got dinner from the host. Next day, be up early in the morning and take a 20min drive to Ban Jabo to look at the sea of clouds. Don't risk riding before dawn. If the clouds are there you are bound to see them. Roads can be pot holey so ride carefully as you get to Ban Jabo. Hang around till you are happy, make your way back, get breakfast (if you want), check out and be on your merry way to your next destination!”
