“The stay was pleasant overall. The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby that makes it easy to reach the city center. However, the night staff at the lobby were less helpful compared to the morning team. We felt quite cold at night and asked for a heater, but unfortunately, none were available. Also, basic bathroom amenities were not provided in the room and had to be requested at the lobby.”

“I recently stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Upon arrival, we requested a room on the top floor, and they immediately granted our wish with no hassle—a great start to our stay. It rained on the first day, but the hotel staff came to the rescue by promptly providing us with umbrellas when we asked. This small gesture made a big difference and showed their commitment to guest comfort. The breakfast was truly the highlight of our stay. The buffet spread was extensive, with something for everyone. From a cereal and nuts bar to a coffee station offering filter coffee and a variety of fresh juices, the options were endless. There was a cheese and meat section, a wonderful selection of breads, omelettes, sausages, fried eggs, bacon, chia pudding, fresh fruits, and even lemon-infused water. Everything was absolutely delicious—easily the best buffet breakfast we've ever had. Typically, buffet breakfasts can be a bit underwhelming, but this one was in a league of its own. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Being close to a bus station made it easy for us to travel to and from the city center effortlessly. Overall, our stay at Austria Hotel Ljubljana exceeded expectations in every way. From the thoughtful service to the incredible breakfast and convenient location, it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended!”
