“Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.”

“Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.”
