“Location is very accessible because near the town. During our visit there are lots of guest so resort employees are busy and there are request that they cannot attend immediately. No towel was given to us even upon request. The rooms are still not available upon our arrival. Food are affordable but mostly salty.. Some pools have salt water. Beach area is dirty.”
“While the overall stay was relaxing, location is somewhat difficult to arrive at if you do not have a vehicle. Beach front good. Restaurant service was satisfactory, some items on menu being not available, is disappointing and service varied at times slow, Jessa in particular stood out for her attentive bubbly friendly nature always welcoming with a smile. Coffee machine apparently broke down so no back up to even make an instant coffee (i.e., boil a kettle), on our last day
Had to pay a fee per hour to either play darts or billiards (pool) which personally I don't believe in house guests should have to pay.
Check in was efficient as well as check out with reception staff polite friendly and professional.”
“The hotel provided a wonderful experience, with its appealing ambiance and well-maintained facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, displaying a level of hospitality that truly stood out. The resort itself was stunningly beautiful, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. Given the exceptional service and the picturesque setting, I am definitely planning to return to this resort in the future. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff left a lasting impression, solidifying my decision to revisit.”
“2nd time to go here with the family and it always offers the peace you'd be looking for and cannot find in other resorts. The place is secluded and perfect for those who really want to just have the time off - doesn't matter if you're a couple, a barkada, a family, or even a backpacker/solo traveler. This place is so serene and everywhere you look, you'll find its oneness in nature. The accommodations are both imbibing the nature and modernity.
You might just find mosquitos especially if your room/accommodation is nearby the plants and trees but given the place's nature, it's quite expected. So, just be prepared with a repellant or lotion to save yourself from mosquito bites. Again, the place is great and truly fascinating; however, the food (menu selection) in their restaurant is somewhat limited. Nothing special.
I hope that they work on improving the food as it adds up to the experience in the cove. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and will still be back in this place.”
