“The receptionists were not informed of my bookings and they let me and my family members stay in the lobby for half an hour as they need to confirm my bookings. The amenities like pool were under renovation and unsafe to use but no one even informed us. This hotel SUCKS!!!”

“This is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.”

“Very good. Amenities are there like water fountain, towels, toothbrush & toothpaste, tv with cable, Internet, nice bed, crisp bed linens, slippers, soap and the location is very near to Lipa Cathedral, eateries, shops etc.”

“Pros: - The resort was easy to locate. - The staff were very helpful. - The ambiance was so still. - Food were great! ( Sisig was the best) - Pool were very spacious since a few people were only swimming. Cons: - The kiddie pool was full of fallen leaves. - The mosquitoes were everywhere specially on the public CR. Better bring anti mosquito lotion for this. - There were no soap dish or holder in the bathroom. It was a discomfort to put the soap and shampoo on the sink, moving back and forth to bathe just to use both. Overall we had a great time. Didnt take a pic, we enjoyed the time we spent here. Thanks”

“The room is homey and nice! The location is near the main road, so it is easy access. However, we encounter water disruption. Luckily we have a stock in our pail. Recommended! We will surely check in again once we visit Lipa next time.”
