“The place is convenient if you're going to Playa del Carmen for a short time, the location is perfect, close to everything and at the same time far from the noise, the Walmart next to the hotel it was a plus, it is close to the ADO but you need to check first, if you go to ADO turista it will be far away, like 15 minutes walking and if you go to the other ADO terminal if will be just a few minutes.”

“Pluses Good Location Cons Elevator damaged, they gave me a room in the 3rd floor, wasnt fun to bring up luggage Poor breakfast A/C in bad condition No hot water in the shower Hot water in the pool, it is so small that water is hot due to the sun.... No parking available, you have to go and park in a public parking place Overall pretty bad condition of the premises... good for 1-2 nights ...”

“Very good hotel and location. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms were very nice. Be aware that the low priced rooms (at least mine) had a view of a wall. The rooftop pool was great, lots of places to sit and courteous staff. Close to 5th Ave and a short walk to the beaches. I'd stay again for sure.”

“Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, würde immer wieder kommen und das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig und die Anlage hat einen tollen Charme mit Garten und Pools. Bett war groß und bequem, es gibt extra Strand Handtücher”
