“Restaurant service-i ordered dinner for 2: mushroom soup, chicken, hakka noodles and a small bowl of curd. Each dish was served separately while the entire restaurant was empty except for us 2. Chefs should note that it's not pleasant to have a dish served individually while the other person at the table have no choice but to watch the other eat while he waits for his dish. Shows lack of management in food preparation. Even when the restaurant was literally empty. Dear chefs, i know u work hard, but please try and serve food at one go, especially when it's just for two. Else i found the hotel service very good. Good ambience, well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good and spacious bathroom clean linens etc.”

“I had a wonderful stay at lemon tree hotel, siliguri. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The in-room dining services were excellent, and the food quality was top-notch. The room service was prompt, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I also enjoyed a relaxing time in the bathtub, which added to the comfort. Overall, the stay was a perfect blend of luxury and value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting siliguri!”

“About the stay.. it was excellent.. all facilities available. Also the behaviour of the staff was very polite which is very very important. About the location , its a bit outskirts from the city and they dont have their own drop off cars .. so the car rent to railway station was a bit high( rs 600 for 4.4 kms to njp railway station). About the food , price is fine but the chicken was too spicy and not fresh. But overall just for stay i more than satisfied.”
