“The room had an unpleasant smell, but overall the experience was okay. It was good. The room was very nice and pretty, but there was not enough amenities in the lobby area other than that, the day was really good and peaceful”

“Everything about the Delta Marriott is exceptional, from the friendly and attentive staff to the perfect location, welcoming ambience, and beautiful surroundings. The only issue I encountered during this stay was that the air conditioning wasn’t working. As it was a busy weekend, there were no alternative rooms available. However, the staff promptly provided a fan, which was left on and ready for my return. It was much appreciated, especially after a long day out in the heat! I also opted for the buffet breakfast, which is great value for money, especially for those who enjoy a full English. Healthier options were also available, which was a nice touch. Thank you to the Delta team for another wonderful experience, as always.”

“Parking is not clearly advertised as an extra £8 and I booked with trip which should include a free upgrade if available. Hotel seemed very quiet on a Sunday night but no upgrade offered or referred to. Ir the 20% discount in good and drinks I was entitled to was not mentioned either. The rooms are nice but the surprise fee for parking and no complimentary upgrade when applicable and available was disappointing as was the mechanical approach if the receptionist at check in.”
