“The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.”

“The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel equipped with a smart large screen of TV in the room. The hotel is within a walking distance from the airport, around 10 to 15 minutes walk. There is a bus available from the opposite the hotel to the airport. However, on the day of my travel, the bus did not turn up. The toilet stink and I found blood stain on the bedsheet.”

“Just stayed here to get access to the airport early the next morning. In that respect, the hotel fully served its purpose. We didn't really try any other services, had a decent sleep - room was fairly basic, but functional! Walking to the airport takes about 10-15 mins. Not bad! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼”
