“This is an excellent hotel for this price range. The location is very central - only a few minutes from the train station, ferry terminal and main shopping area. The room is comfortable and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff were continually refreshing the buffet dishes. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast and its service was excellent. Rooms were well appointed and well thought out. I would have preferred if there were options for food in the evening. Or even a shop to purchase meals to be heated in the rooms. However the location is second to none. Excellent overall.”

“Fantastic location. Attached to train station and shopping center. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rubbish. Wont bother again. Waste of money. Restaurant menu looked overpriced considering there is about 10 restaurants outside the hotel door so didnt use.”

“Convenient location for travellers as it’s located right in the city centre. Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Particular mention to Muneeb who went out of his way to help us check in smoothly. Fantastic stay”

“The hotel was a stone throw from all main attractions in the city. Short walk to the theatre, art gallery and restaurants and bars. The staff working were lovely, well mannered, attentive and happy to help. The room was large and spacious. As you are in the city centre we found the downfall was noise levels. Drunken people and for some reason drilling could be heard in the night. The windows are thin and the seagulls enjoy a early morning sing along. All of this can't be helped by the hotel. Drinks at the bar were nice. I think the food menu could be upgraded to include vegetarian/vegan food options. So you don't need to ask. I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again.”
