“Had a wonderful experience over the course of my week long stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to check in early and extend my stay without issue. The suite was well organized without wasted space, beautifully designed and very comfortable. My only criticism is the double bed, for a corner suite with such a breathtaking view of the mountains I couldn’t get over the fact that my feet had to hang off the bed. A queen bed could have fit the space even if it were a little more cramped. Other reviews complained of street noise and the upstairs bar but with the blinds drawn it really cuts out the noise. They also have a nespresso machine in the room to brew up delicious local coffee along with other drinks and snack options in the mini fridge.
Amenities were also a highlight here, the gym and sauna room were wonderfully clean and equip. The concierge also provides transportation with reliable individuals and money exchanging services (at a higher rate than you would at a western union in town) but provides you with the convenience and security of not having to transport any large quantities of cash with you. The floors are sectioned off with key card access to each floor via the elevator and posted security in the main lobby at all times. The rooftop bar was an oasis after a long day out in town. The downstairs coffee lounge was light and airy with hanging plants and a decent breakfast selection from the American breakfast of eggs, bacon or cheese, croissant and toast or arepa or choclo waffle, fruit plate, fruit juices and hot coffee or chocolate or a yogurt and granola option. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms but it was spotty on the balcony (probably from the thick concrete construction) but I had an amazing time and can not wait to return.”

“アメニティの無いホテルも多いコロンビアで、1セットずつでもアメニティが付いていたのは助かりました。朝食はメニューを選べたのが良かった。ショッピングモールがすぐ隣で、飲食店も多かったので、外食もしやすかった＆持ち帰って部屋で食べるのにも便利でした。”

“L'hôtel est très calme car les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Malgré le monde,on n'entend ni les personnes ni la rue
Aujourd'hui,le wifi est revenu. Il est de très bonne qualité.
Il n'y a pas de café disponible dans l'hôtel et celui ci ne propose pas de petit déjeuner non plus.
Après avoir fait le check out,j'ai pu laisser mes bagages une heure à la réception sans problème.
Les chambres sont très bien mais comme il y a beaucoup de carrelage, la salle de bain ne sèche pas .
Dans l'ensemble,un excellent hôtel. Je reviendrai.”
