“第一次入住環境超出預期，設施都很新，房間也比較大，早餐有米粉還九宮格，改免費讓小朋友一起吃早餐，唯一不足的就是房間被子太厚了，蓋着很熱，因為房間離馬路邊所以有一點點吵。其它都挺好”

“The hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel.”

“ห้องพักหรูหรา สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ บริการดีเยี่ยม ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบายมาก เมื่อมาถึงน้ำตกหวงกั่วซู่ ให้พักที่นี่ ห่างจากป้ายรถบัสชมทัศนียภาพประมาณ 300-400 เมตร สะดวกมาก หลับตาเช็คอินได้ ไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย”

“We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.”

“The hotel is located within the scenic waterfall。there is a side entrance that gets you into the big waterfall attraction. However non china national have to purchase the attraction at the ticket booth , we cannot book online as it is meant for china citizens only. Buy the ticket first n go back to hotel to go to the big water attractions first through the side entrance .We had booked 2 rooms for 74 sgd and a single (supposedly) better room for 94sgd . The 2 rooms was nice as its same floor as the reception ( no stairs to climb) with balcony facing the attraction with some greenery. unfortunately ,the more expensive room was located 2 floors down n a walk away from reception. Sadly the windows faced a concrete structure with no view at all. The rooms are bad for elderly as there is many steps. Request earlier from hotel staff if there is elderly . There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel.”
