“Excellent choice for a one night stay in Dazhai village in the Longji Rice Terraces region. Beautiful room, comfortable beds and well-functioning wifi and bathroom. Even though we didn't speak Chinese, communication over WeChat was working quite well – that said, if you have an urgent matter then it's best to call first. The location is excellent for both short walks and also longer hikes among the terraces in the area.”

“It has a beautiful and unique spot in the area. You only need to walk 3 min, and you are in the middle of the rice fields. So beautiful. Rooms are like in the pictures, very traditional style. The only thing I could critisize is that inside the hotel it's a bit cold and that they need to check with guest if they prefer western/ Chinese breackfast options, so they can choose and not assume and just prepare it based in if they are Chinese or not. The lady at the entrance was kind and very helpful.”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better everything was within walking distance, which made exploring rice fields so easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help us with tips and recommendations. They made us feel truly welcome from start to finish.”

“My wife and I stayed for 3D 2N in their Panorama room and had an amazing time. The room is awesome, 180 degree view of the rice terraces. The family that runs this place were so attentive and helpful— showed us where to hike, what to look for. Friendly service at every turn. The resort also provides free pickup and standoff by car to various destinations around Dazhai. Highly recommend you to stay here for a few days as a base to explore the region.”

“We loved the home cooked meals. We enjoyed the freshly picked veggies from their garden every day. The host family was very kind and helpful, answering all of our questions about how to hike around Dazhai. It was really nice that we were there during the slow season as we loved how peaceful and quiet it was. They have a beautiful baby and cute cat on premises. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of a rice terrace. There was a nice bathtub where you could view the rice terrace as you bathe. The washing machine was helpful as well. We'd stay there again and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at Dazhai.”
