“Picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. As I was working during my stay I selected a suite room because I wanted a dedicated table area. The suite was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom a considerable size. Toiletries were provided. Everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well. All staff I interacted with during my stay were excellent. Breakfast was very good, but if arriving towards the end of breakfast service some of the items, as you'd expect I guess, were not available. I recommend this hotel. I intend to return to China in March next year and I will stay once more at this hotel, and hopefully the same suite room I stayed in before!”

“What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan.”

“Good bits: Near the mall just downstairs. The view is okay from 47th floor. Spacious room. Clean and up to five star standard. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Need to improve bits: The bathtub needs to be improved. No way to lie down and the click on drain button is right under the bum that means when you sit on the button and move a tiny bit the water will start to drain. Very anti human design.”

“Great experience with attentive service and spectacular view. Staff are friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful park and a famous local restaurant on Level 2 and 3. Only imperfection is the smell of the sewage in the toilet, hope the hotel can look for ways to improve (e.g air refreshers etc.)”
