“Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.”

“Проживали в отеле с 30.12 по 03.01. Расположение отеля отличное, чистота в номере, бельё чистое, полотенце чистое. Ванные принадлежности есть. Единственный минус это , нет русских каналов. Рекомендую руководству подумать над этим вопросам, сделать хотя бы один русский канал.
Рекомендую 👍”

“The hotel room was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. However, the territory surrounding the hotel was a bit lackluster, with limited greenery or outdoor spaces. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in some areas was a minor drawback”

“**Translation:**
Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.”

“The river view room means facing the river but you cannot see the river. It is a little misleading.
Staff can speak russian but they don’t speak English.
The location is great. Close to shops and they have a restaurant at the ground floor. I don’t like how the staff are smoking in the lobby/reception but maybe that’s a cultural thing I don’t understand.
The rooms are good value for money.”

“Гостиница отличная, обслуживание тоже на 100 баллов, чистая и уютная. Брали семейный номер с гостиной и две комнаты прям довольны, очень тепло и уютно. На ресепшене есть переводчик поэтому было комфортно общаться. Питание разнообразное на любителя, но лучше брать питание с оплатой в кафе, тогда может получиться меньше чем платить единую оплату 39 ю. Расположение зимой конечно не очень удобно, кто любит шопинг, а летом прям кайф, пройтись прогуляться до Хуафу, посмотреть мимо много разнообразных кафе магазинов 👍. А еще нашли напротив гостиницы магазин большой канц товаров прям зачетный. Вообщем рекомендуем. А цены на трип намного приятнее чем в самой гостинице заказывать.”
