“The hotel is a bit old, and there were some maintenance issues during my stay.
The outlet by the bed seemed to leak electricity, the hair dryer plug was loose, and one of the desk lamps didn’t work. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom. The cleanliness could be improved as I noticed dust in several areas.
Breakfast was a little disappointing and quite basic.
On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offer an airport shuttle, and it’s possible to adjust the time if you need to go to the airport earlier.”
“Fast and easy check in. Friendly front desk staff with the exception of a few. Hotel is still in its ” covid ” phase where you can't get towels from the housekeepers. You have to ask the front desk for towels. Gym is extremely small. One elevator was broken during the entire stay. Subway restaurant and gas stations within walking distance.”
“We checked into the hotel due to long layover. Hotel room offers the basic things you need.. however find it quite outdated and your typical wear and tear. Soundproof system is bad and can hear everything outside the hallway and was hard to rest cause of the constant loud noise from other guest. The location is very convenient and with the free shuttle to and from airport is a bonus.”
“We enjoy the hotel and restaurant. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The people working there make you feel comfortable and provide the best service I have ever seen. I would like to give special mention to Edward who works at the dining room. This is our favorite place to eat. The food is excellent as well as the service.We have made this hotel our stop place when we need to visit the city.”
