“Restaurant wasn’t open for most of the time and when it was food wasn’t great We also only had half a roll of toilet paper and ran out. We asked them 4 times to get some and no one came.”

“Fast and easy check in. Friendly front desk staff with the exception of a few. Hotel is still in its ” covid ” phase where you can't get towels from the housekeepers. You have to ask the front desk for towels. Gym is extremely small. One elevator was broken during the entire stay. Subway restaurant and gas stations within walking distance.”

“We had a great stay at the Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our international flight, very close to the airport in Toronto. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Hotel was alright but starting to show its age. The nightstand in our room was on the verge of ripping off the wall and one of the tiles in the bathroom was loose. The building itself and lobby were nice. The AC was amazing though and the hotel was very clean.”
