“Fast and easy check in. Friendly front desk staff with the exception of a few. Hotel is still in its ” covid ” phase where you can't get towels from the housekeepers. You have to ask the front desk for towels. Gym is extremely small. One elevator was broken during the entire stay. Subway restaurant and gas stations within walking distance.”

“NU Airport Toronto Hotel in Mississauga is an ideal choice for weary travellers. Its convenient location near Pearson Airport makes it perfect for a restful night’s stay. The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles. A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door. The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file. I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.”
