“Hotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!”

“ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มากเมื่อฉันเช็คอินแผนกต้อนรับก็เช็คอินอย่างรวดเร็วและบอกรายละเอียดบางอย่างให้ฉันทราบ พอถึงห้องก็ได้รับโทรศัพท์ถามว่าพอใจกับห้องไหม อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็ดีมากเหมาะกับคนท้องจีนด้วย ข้างล่างโรงแรมมีบ่อน้ำพุร้อนค่ะ กลัวเป็นหวัดไม่กล้าลองแต่ช่วงบ่ายเห็นคนไปอาบน้ำกันเยอะมาก แนะนำ”
