“酒店就在馬路左邊，但是要繞一圈才能進去。我們下午五點多到達時，酒店沒有工作人員。門上有電話號碼，對於説英語的人，打個電話就知道鑰匙放在哪裡，我們不懂英語，還好遇到一位熱心的也是來住宿的長者，幫我們打電話，最後在門口地墊下拿到鑰匙，第二天退房，才發現衹有我們的房間門口是雙層地墊，大概老闆知道我們是外國人，沒把鑰匙放密碼盒裡。房間有大床，有小床，還有微波爐，冰箱。床品和毛巾都很乾凈。”

“The acting manager was very chatty and helpful. Loved the breakfast. All linen etc clean but sadly room 12 needed a spring clean. Curtains, two seater and bathroom skirting board etc needed a good going over. Grubby!!! ”

“Hotel is clean and well maintained however they do not have concierge services post 8pm, not sure if this is normal. I came across for the first time. They did not serve breakfast at Butter Factory as indicated on their website. It was in a small area near the reception with limited continental options mostly cold with microwave available to heat items as needed. We didn't eat despite paying for it so i cant comment on quality. It would be good if hotel updates its website to indicate this information so people can make an informed decision.”
