“Positives: Extraordinary sea views especially from 12th floor . Very spacious rooms . Pool is also very good and well maintained. Access to pool and beach is very easy and all facilities are well maintained. Negatives : As Indian we felt we were treated differently. I am saying this because we made a request for high floor and decorations through trip.com at the time of booking. the front desk first mentioned that it was not available and got filled out and gave us on 4th floor.Also another receptionist Ainoora mentioned that this was to be checked with trip.com as we paid to trip.com and not them But when we made an issue and escalated to manager , he was helpful and arranged a high room room. Then we wondered why this was not given initially. On the day of leaving around 10 we wanted the room to me a bit tidy for us to rest but front desk denied saying that on the day of check out they cannot clean. Also we requested a few minutes late check out since we had a baby . The front desk firmly told us that check out was sharp 12 pm. Interestingly it’s the first time we faced some thing like this. Breakfast is good but few Indian dishes and they were not good.”

“Well, I was pleasantly surprised by this choice. I didn’t expect to be satisfied by a hotel for such a low price. But my room was clean, full of convenience. Especially I appreciate the service level of this hotel. Workers are always kind and ready to help with any issue. The location of this hotel is pretty good, there are supermarket, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy and other stores nearby.”
