“i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of ********* travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026.”

“We had an unforgettable experience at Wink Hotel Can Tho. The staff was extremely efficient and charismatic. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and the Mekong Delta. We were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, especially Kieu and Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Vy, who promptly attended to all our requests and requests! We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude! We will definitely be back ❤️ and I recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent experience!!!”

“Was given 2 rooms on the 2nd floor facing the swimming pool and it was very noisy & filled with kids screaming the whole night until almost 10pm. The carpet in the room is old and needs to be changed urgently. Basic breakfast.”

“This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.”
