“We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing.”

“The hotel is so neat and clean. Their breakfast service was perfect, and I enjoyed it. The room is very spacious and clean. This will be my stay any time I visit the city. I was thrilled to extend my friend's stay at the hotel due to flight time and didn't pay anything after normal checkout time. I will recommend this hotel for your stay whether for personal or business trip. I like a hotel that's free of germs.”
