“Don't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff.They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe”
“Arrived about 15 minutes after 4 person at the desk said your room is not ready because we have special need said it will be 10 to 15 minutes wait I said fine 15 minutes went by nothing happened still waiting I walked up to the front desk I told the person look I have been driving for past 6 and a half hour I am very tired could you please check and see how much longer person behind the desk said it will 10 more minutes so finally after have the room which I might add very clean and beautiful.next morning went for breakfast even though I was wrong grabbing bagels with my hand instead of tonge this woman came behind me said use tonge not your Habsburg the way she spoke to me was very rude she should not work in that place with that kind of attitude,it just ruined my day ”
“The air conditioner makes noice very loud. Room is old and not so cleaned.
I checked in on 28 Dec 24 around 7 pm and The receptionist was quite impolite.
