“Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal. Nebenan ist eine große Mall, die fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind eher unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Der Flughafenshuttle soll alle 30 Minuten kommen. Wir mussten morgens um 4.45 Uhr länger als 20 Minuten warten. Der Mann am Empfang war allerdings nach unserem Checkout verschwunden und tauchte nicht mehr auf. Eine Frau, die ebenfalls auf den Shuttle gewartet hat, rief sich ein Taxi, da sie an der Rezeption niemanden fragen konnte, ob und wann sie zum Flughafen kommt. Der Shuttlefahrer war ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich und half nicht beim Einladen der Koffer. Also insgesamt nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich… Schade”

“Facility & location: Ok, good Clean: Pretty good Service: The manager that day on duty(Oct 24 2025) checked me a room which other servant could not recognize even find the record in their computer which lead the room key failed soon later and the house keeping tried to open my door in another morning without any knocking because they were told the room was not booked yet. Don’t understand why she could be a manager on duty and she is supposed to be trained well to deserve a position from Hilton and its brands.”

“Got stuck in Newark overnight, as were many people that night, and I booked this room pretty late when there weren’t many options left. I was lucky to get it. It’s wasn’t far from the airport. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The lady at the desk when I checked out was quite friendly. It’s a bit noisy because it’s on the main road.”
