“Although staying in Bled is more expensive than you would expect, when compared to other hotels in the area Hotel Lovec is overpriced for the state of room you get. We had to change rooms because our inital room hadn't been cleaned to a level that would be reasonably expected. The new room was a twin. One of the beds was ok but the other was clearly very old as the centre of it had started to collapse which created ridges on the sides. By the time I discovered this it was too late at night to complain so I suffered an expensive bad night's sleep. I expect that other guests would have complained about this before but it was still in the room.
Also, if you are thinking of booking a room with a view make sure you are on at least floors 4 or 5 as our view was mainly car park.
Breakfast was ok though.”
“Clean and nice room that gives you a relaxing mood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was amazing. The hotel also features a nice pool and a lake-side cafe that created the famous Bled cream cake.”
