“ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมาก อยู่ใจกลาง BGC เลย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ ห้องพักสะอาดและขนาดกำลังดี แต่สำหรับครอบครัวอาจจะเล็กไปหน่อย บริการรถรับส่งค่อนข้างแพง แต่คนขับเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก และด้วยความที่ฉันเดินทางมาถึงแต่เช้าและมาคนเดียว ค่าใช้จ่ายที่จ่ายไปก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่า (แม้ว่าพอคิดดูอีกทีแล้ว นั่ง Grab ก็น่าจะปลอดภัยไม่แพ้กัน) อยากแนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง”

“The room is spacious, which is surprising for less than Pho 1500 I paid. I liked that it was clean and the staff was accommodating when I requested to change my room for a better signal reception. They have working a shower heater, a refrigerator and a water dispenser on every floor for free drinking water supply. It was very satisfactory.”

“The place itself is good, but transportation is a big issue. During our 2-night stay, it was the rainy season, and getting around was very difficult. We asked the guard if they could call a taxi or help book a Grab, but they said none were available, which was not helpful at all. We chose this place because it was advertised as being near BGC, but we couldn’t even go out during our stay due to the lack of transportation and the inability to book rides online. The management should consider providing a shuttle service for guests, especially during bad weather, to improve the overall experience.”

“We chose to stay here for one night because of the good reviews. The location is convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided good service. The buffet was okay. We enjoy staying in hotels, but I don’t usually leave reviews, however, this experience stood out. This is the first high-rated hotel I’ve stayed at that charged ₱150 for the use of a plate, spoon, and fork (per set). The room itself was average. It was big and spacious, but it felt like it hadn’t been used in a while. The furniture and fixtures looked worn out and could use some updating. The bathroom, in particular, was unpleasant. It didn’t smell when we first entered the room, but after using it, there was a noticeable odor that lingered. There didn’t seem to be proper ventilation or any odor control to address this issue. We also encountered a lot of mosquitoes inside the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable especially since we have a child and dengue is very prevalent this season. Would definitely say that their room rates did not match what could be their rating standards.”

“พอเดินเข้าห้องก็เช็คทันทีว่าห้องสะอาดและดูแลรักษาดีไหม แต่พื้นฝุ่นเยอะจนไม่มีรองเท้าแตะให้ใส่ พอเข้าห้องน้ำก็เจออ่างอาบน้ำ มีคราบสกปรกและคราบมันไหลลงมาจากปั๊มอะไรสักอย่าง แล้วก็ขอบกระเบื้องรอบห้องอาบน้ำก็ดูไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ไม่ได้ใช้กระดาษทิชชู่เลย โดยรวมห้องดูดีมาก โซฟากับแอร์ก็เย็นจนหนาว ส่วนที่ชอบมากคือฝั่งเครื่องสำอางที่มีกระจกแต่งหน้า ทีวีรับสัญญาณได้ดี พนักงานเป็นมิตร อนุญาตให้แขกเข้าได้ แต่จำกัดเฉพาะเวลาพักเท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี แต่เนื่องจากความสะอาดไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ เลยต้องรีวิวแบบตรงไปตรงมา อีกอย่าง ราคาก็ถูกเกินไปสำหรับการพัก 1 คืนสำหรับ 2 คน ซึ่งถือว่าไม่แพงเลย คุ้มค่าจริงๆ”
