“I had a great time at Four Points Sheraton Palawan. The location is amazing, with beautiful ocean views. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.The pool was a highlight. However, the food could use some improvement—it was okay but not as good as I’d hoped, and there wasn’t a lot of variety. The Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty at times.
Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d come back, but there’s a little room for improvement.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa. The staff was attentive and helpful. The resort is beautiful and well-appointed. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. The transport to the airport was prompt and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Princesa Garden Island Resort and Spa.”

“This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well.
Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable.
Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.”

“The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the mall and restaurants, which made our stay more enjoyable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, a big plus for anyone who needs to stay connected.
However, there was no access to cold drinking water, only room temperature, and the two complimentary bottles provided were insufficient. While you can request more, the service can be slow at times, which is inconvenient when you need water quickly. A cold water dispenser or more readily available bottles would greatly improve the experience.”

“The location very close to Puerto Princesa Airport just few minutes walking.
So if you want to be close to the airport it is very convenient.
The breakfast is good.
The hotel is small and pleasant.
The stuff could be more open, more friendly and helpful to the customer.
The restaurant in the hotel is weak. Do not recommend. Drink bar is OK.”
