“Exceptional Stay and had an amazing experience at the glory Hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and good design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton Clark! The customer service and attentiveness to our needs are unmatched.
Our stay was made extra special because of the ff staff:
1) Lucky - very considerate during our check in
2) Loisa - immediately took action when we reported a concern in our room
3) Parcon - very friendly and approachable
4) Roderic - very attentive to details! he surprised us with a birthday cake by the pool. The birthday girl was so touched. It really made her day extra special.
Indeed, a service we won’t forget. Big thanks, guys!!
Further, the breakfast buffet is superb! So many great and diverse choices. Our indoor dining order also arrived earlier than expected.
The amenities are all clean. We enjoyed our time in the pool! Even the life guard on duty is very friendly.
Will definitely visit again ❤️”

“Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well.
Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use.
No spa
So little toiletries given
The breakfast buffet situation.
The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.”

“Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!”
