“Good service. Each room is equipped with a locker. They can let you borrow a lock if you don’t have one. The room I got had 2 bunk beds and. was assigned the lower bunk. Each bunk has its own dedicated lamp, charging space, sleeve where you can place small items, and a drying area for damp towels, etc. They hostel also has a daily room service for cleaning.
Rooms include daily buffet-style breakfast which starts at 6 am. It was sufficient and their eggs and pancake station is never a miss. They have plentiful staff that can assist their guests throughout their stay.”

“This is one of the better hotel in El Nido. The front desk is so attentive and very , very friendly. The pool was under construction but they arranged for us to go swim on Miniloc island which was stunning. The breakfast staff was just as friendly and the food was just absolutely stunning. We will definitely going back to this island as it’s close to restaurants and has a swimmable beach. I would, however, recommend to go into El Nido town to book snorkeling and island hopping tours. It’s was such a great experience. I strongly recommend this place”

“We have mixed feelings about our time at this hotel. The location is excellent with a beautiful swimming beach on your door step and breathtaking sunset views. It is worth informing the hotel before your arrival to arrange assistance especially if you have heavy luggage, as the hotel does not clearly indicate how to be accessed from the road and thus most guests access the hotel form the beach. This could mean a long walk along the sand. For backpackers this won't be a problem, but families or those who don't travel light will find this to be an inconvenience. We booked a sea view room with a double bed. We were given twin beds as no double beds were available, despite our booking being made 5 months in advance. They offered to move us into the correct room after two nights but informed us that there won't be any wifi available in the new room so we ended up staying in our original room. These are small problems, but it is worth noting as the staff did not handle the situation with the professionalism we are used to receiving from other hotels. The rooms are also only cleaned every second day. The breakfast was ice cold everyday and the worst out of all the hotel breakfasts we had during our stay in the Philippines. Still, the location of this hotel is ideal for spending days on the beach and the zip line is practically above the hotel so it could be worth staying here and having meals at one of the hotels next door. We can confidently say that we ate the best pizza next door.”
