“The hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive.”

“It is so easy to book this hotel through ***********. I checked in to this facility for one night stay. No deposit required, easy check out too. Apart from the basic toiletries, hairdryer and iron with iron board is provided too. We get 2 single beds which view is facing the hallway but it was nice though because we can see the light. Not too far from airport which cost us only Rm11. Did not get to try their breakfast otherwise quite satisfied with my stay and their service”

“We initially booked an Executive Standard Room but discovered that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly—it only blew warm air. We contacted the front desk, and the maintenance team responded promptly to check on it. Since it was already late at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Premium Deluxe Double Room, for which we were thankful. However, I must point out that the air conditioner in the upgraded room was also not very cold.”

“As it was just a very short stay, I wasn't expecting much but it was beyond my expectation. This is one place I would like to return to and stay in Miri. It was clean even though there's some obvious paint/crack and a quite see through toilet (toilet seperated with shower) but other than that, it's very satisfying and modern. It's also closed to Miri Imperial Mall (walking distant) and Kyochon restaurant was right infront of my room. Will definitely comeback!”

“The location very centrally to miri city,the reception she very helpful like to day had small incident with the Grab driver(language barrier) immediately she was ready to sort it with the professionalism and help,thank you sorry i did not get her name but the one with masked.
The cleaning everyday in the room with new towel and the best smell towel ever cross around hotels.
The in-house hotel called The Yard very handy to the customer's especially now the rainy season in Malaysia.”
