“The hotel seems a bit worn out despite being renovated not long ago. The lifts had see-through walls that show non-plastered wall, which was strange, but I didn't ask about it. Bath towels were frayed at the edges. Saw a loose nail from the furniture on the floor. Never got the morning call that I requested. The driver they booked to send me to the airport did not turn up but the front desk personnel got me another set of wheels to the airport. Otherwise, it looks like he was about the drive me there himself, which I appreciated. What I like about the hotel is its location, walking distance to the square, Gobi cashmere and convenient store etc. In addition, the hotel doesn't seem to be overly crowded, so it is easier with the lifts and breakfast.”
