“Very convenient place few steps away from airport bus stop Room might be a bit small but can’t complain with its prefect location right adjacent to the old town hall and all top spots in Riga’s top spots (plus international bus station) The breakfast was also prefect considering the room tariffs, with a good range of choices before starting a day in the lovely city”

“Service is nice. Staff can respond my problem and question rapidly. The equipment is not cleaned or even broken. For example, the mini refrigerator is broken while the bed linen have mark on them. Also, the shampoo bottle is empty.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.”

“The hotel was amazing from room to the breakfast to the Spa. The location is also very convenient with old town walking distance and the boat tour stop right across. Marvelous view from the riverside. Lots of eating options in the breakfast buffet. The Spa was really fun both for adults as well as kids.”

“Everything was excellent, very clean hotel, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, so convenient location, a few meters beautiful park, where you can do walking, city center just 3 stops by tram, we bought 3 day travel pass for 8 euros, enjoyed our time, breakfast is amazing, thank you Chef and hotel management, it is worth 10 star hotel, it is true, amazing service, I will recommend and will come back again P.S. Room we booked was very small standard :) asked for upgrade, but they couldn’t as high season and hotel was full”

“Hotel is very conveniently located, next to the mall and central station, minutes walk to the bus station, central market and old town. Check in was perfect and helpful with city map provided. Kettle, cups, sachet tea and coffee are provided, shampoo, hand soap, tissue paper, shower cap were provided in the bathroom. Would be good if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner. Sadly, the power plugs at the desk does not fit a travel adaptor and there are no usb ports. The single bed was right next to the curtain and a mirror is right in front of the bed, very weird room design. There’s a safe deposit box in the room. Do remember to bring your own slippers as no room slippers are provided.”
