“The property is located at a prime location, at Chauk Bazar, almost near to keventer's, glenary's, etc. But the thing which irritated me the most is they were charging for room cleaning and were asking me multiple times whether I would like to opt for room cleaning services or not. Moreover, in my MMT package, 2 water bottles were included free of cost per day. But during our last day, when we asked for 2 bottles, they asked that only if I opt for room cleaning, they would provide me the bottles. Hence, my overall experience was not up to the mark. ”
