“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My family (4 people) stayed at Grand Zuri BSD City from 8 to 9 July 2025, during the major flood in South Tangerang. We arrived well past midnight, completely exhausted from the situation, but the reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and fast, even at that late hour, with no issues whatsoever — something we deeply appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and neat. All in-room facilities were in excellent condition, including complete amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Despite the difficult circumstances outside, we felt safe and well taken care of inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options — a great way to start the day. Throughout the stay, the friendly and professional staff made sure we felt supported, which really made our short stay memorable during those challenging two days. I would highly recommend Grand Zuri BSD City to my friends, family, and acquaintances — not only for the quality of the hotel but especially for the exceptional hospitality and service in times of need.”
