“พึงพอใจมาก! อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพนั้นสูงมากจริงๆ! พนักงานบริการที่โรงแรมเป็นกันเองสุดๆ มีรถรับ-ส่งจากท่าเรือ อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย! สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมดี สระว่ายน้ำก็สวย ชั้นล่างมีทางเข้าถึงชายหาดได้โดยตรง และเก้าอี้เลานจ์ในศาลาให้ฉันได้เพลิดเพลินไปกับลมทะเลตลอดเช้า ~ สบายมาก!”

“Hotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep.”

“Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!”

“As a group of four friends, this trip was all about relaxation and taking a quick break from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. It was the perfect getaway to unwind and just chill. We spent most of our time inside the villa, especially since we had our own private pool, which we absolutely adored. The vibe was amazing, and we loved how we could enjoy our own little party space. The facilities and amenities are beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. However, there are a few areas that could use some maintenance. The shower head was loosely hanging, the toilet tissue holder needs tightening, and the curtains had noticeable black stains. A little upkeep would definitely enhance the overall experience. Service-wise, the staff were very hospitable and always ready to assist. The WhatsApp service was also a big help since there are no in-room telephones, it made communicating our requests much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a fun and relaxing two-night getaway, and we appreciated having a cozy and private space to spend time together”

“Service staff was friendly and smiley. They upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated. I have indicated that the stay was for my son's Birthday and was welcomed by the nice decoration and cake which my son enjoyed very much. The Kids Club is quite small. Varieties for breakfast can be improved and the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm with some flies flying around. The massage at the spa was good and we were served a nice pot of tea with yogurt and fruits after treatment.”

“ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเช็คอิน: พอลงจากรถบัสแล้ว ให้รีบเช็คอินเลย ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวนานมาก ส่วนการเช็คเอาท์ สามารถทำได้ตอน 12:30 น. ไม่งั้นก็ต้องรอคิวเป็นครึ่งวันเหมือนกัน ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าทุกวัน และยังรวมอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 1 มื้อระหว่างการเข้าพักด้วย มีร้านอาหารสองแห่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารตามสั่งหรือบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติก็ไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจนัก และที่ร้านอาหาร Lagoi ริมทะเล ตอนกลางวันก็มีแมลงวันบินไปมาเต็มไปหมด พนักงานที่ Pool Bar ดูเหมือนจะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ราบรื่น ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำสบายมาก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีด้วย Kids' Club ค่อนข้างเล็ก ของเล่นหลายชิ้นก็ชำรุด ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีเก้าอี้ชายหาด โซฟาบีนแบ็กของโรงแรมวางอยู่บนหาด การเดินทางจากท่าเรือมาโรงแรมโดยรถบัสก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา”
