“โรงแรมบินตัน ไอส์แลนด์ รีสอร์ท ยังคุ้ม! โรงแรมมีทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามและมีชายหาดของตัวเอง มีสระว่ายน้ำสวยด้วย~~ทัศนคติการบริการของพนักงานดีมาก👍🏻 แม้ว่าไกด์จะบอกเราว่าสภาพแวดล้อมอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันค่อนข้างดี - แต่! มีตุ๊กแก 🦎 มากมาย คุณรู้ไหมว่ามันหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้บนเกาะ แต่ฉันกลัวจริงๆ! - - อีกทั้งวันแรกที่เราย้ายเข้าก็มีนักเรียนจากสิงคโปร์จัดปาร์ตี้ข้างบ้านจนเช้าเสียงดังมาก ตอนเช้าฉันยังเสียงดังอยู่เลยไปแจ้งที่โรงแรมแล้วพวกเขาก็บอกฉันว่าฉันได้คุยกับพวกเขาแล้ว แต่ปัญหาก็ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข เป็นเวลานานแล้วที่ฉันมีเสียงดัง🥹🥹”

“ตัวโรงแรมเองก็เหมาะสม สะอาดและอาหารเช้าก็ดี พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี มีรถรับส่งฟรีจากท่าเรือข้ามฟาก อย่างไรก็ตามพื้นที่โดยรอบดูค่อนข้างรกร้าง พลาซ่าลากอยข้างโรงแรมไม่รอด covid 19 ร้านค้าปิดหมด บริเวณชายหาดมีร้านกาแฟเพียง 1 แห่ง มินิมาร์ทธรรมดา 2 แห่ง ร้านอาหารท้องถิ่น 1 แห่ง และร้านอาหารทะเล 1 แห่ง ร้านอาหารที่โรงแรมมีราคาแพง อาหารก็โอเค แต่โพธิ์ที่ฉันสั่งไม่ร้อน แค่อุ่นเท่านั้น ซึ่งแปลกสำหรับซุปก๋วยเตี๋ยว ส่วนที่ดีที่สุดของสถานที่คือทะเลสาบที่อยู่ติดกัน ฉันวิ่งจ็อกกิ้งรอบๆ ทะเลสาบที่สวยงาม (ประมาณ 7 กม.) ยามพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน คุณสามารถเลือกที่จะวนรอบมันได้เช่นกัน ชายหาดสะอาดและมีน้ำใส”

“It’s relatively new. All facilities and amenities are still In good conditions. All the staffs are very friendly, not only towards adults, even good with children. I felt assured when I left my 6yo at their kid’s club. We have the room with direct pool access. My kid loves it. Being able to access pool on and out easily, they need to give more floor mat instead of only one. Besides the open concept design of the bathroom, the entry way gets wet from the basin. This could potentially aged the furniture prematurely. Apparently, The restaurant is not big enough to accommodate the crowds and the variety is abit underachieving. Heard there are plans on expanding coz one restaurant to service breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also hourly bus to nearby small plaza for simple shopping. Don’t expect much from the plaza. Overall experience, I will go again with my kid.”

“I love the resort, the staffs, the breakfast and everything. We actually booked with other family friends for SG National Day getaway, but our kids were sick so we had to cancel our trip. We are glad that we booked again and our entire stay was marvellous, definitely recommend staying there. The tent rooms are spacious and the outdoor shower room was a whole new experience for us(It was really fun for my kids). The resort pool was super photogenic, we took quite some pictures there. I have to say a big thank you to the breakfast team, Ms Nazwan, Ms Naiya, Nelu and Ms Devi!!! They were amazing at entertaining kids especially Ms Devi and team surprised my toddler with a birthday cake(that’s why we had this impromptu trip to Bintan). Another thank you for Mr Ham who’s in charge of the kids entertainment. My elder girl had the chance to play (sry I forgot the instrument name) the music instrument, and Mr Ham was patiently guiding my girl how to play, she nailed it on the spot. (Proud mama🤭) after talking to Mr Ham, I’m very impressed with his thoughts to extend the kids entertainment activities in the resort, so that parents can get off ours hands for some personal relaxed time. Kudos to the staffs in Natra Bintan resort. Looking forward to our next stay here.”

“We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Mövenpick in March 2026. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Service is clearly a top priority for the team, as they made the effort to check in with us daily to ensure everything was going well. Although there were a few minor misses with the food and some communication, the team was very genuine and quick in their service recovery, which we truly appreciated. They also kindly extended a room upgrade to us for our special occasion, which made our stay even more memorable. As the resort is still quite new, some facilities such as the beach club and spa are not ready yet. However, we would definitely love to return again once all the facilities are fully open. Once again, thank you to Michelle, Edwina, and many others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember — including the sports bar manager, the events manager, and the rest of the team. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable one.”

“Enjoy the stay so much. Absolutely recommended. Love the people there, very friendly, helpful (don’t feel pressure, just natural). The view is nice, food is great, and the band at pool bar is amazing. We were celebrating for my gf birthday, they even decorate the bed and offered us a birthday cake. Made a last minute booking just few hours before the actually day, but they still able to arrange a shuttle to pick us up.”
