“The employees were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, the rooms were nice and spacious and there was no noise. The internet was OK, sometimes a bit spotty and the AC sometimes didn’t work in the afternoon. There was no fridge in my room either to store any food, but aside from that it was excellent!”

“This property is in the heart of downtown Swindon. A Salvation Army shares the building so there were always people hangin out in front. Never felt unsafe, just a bit seedy. Great location in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and did the job. Can't really complain for the price.”

“The hotel was well located as we visited friends in nearby Wootton Basset - reception was courteous and efficient in our check in… we asked for a room way from the lifts and this request was delivered. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly given it’s been a very hot few days! Breakfast the following morning had plenty choices and tables were clean and cleared up quickly. Staff in restaurant were very efficient and courteous. Express check- in was good too. Overall a great stay and serves us well.”
