“From arriving to a friendly welcome at reception (Sam)everything and every member of staff was lovely and could not do enough to help.
From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable.
The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁”

“The hotel was great and well located to get into the centre of Leeds. Nice views on the canal from the room, the room was spacious with good amenities. We got given breakfast with our booking which was lovely. We also got a free late checkout too.”

“We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and found the room to be really comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was really excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities as always arrived too late but the pool looked really inviting. Location was also good as just a few minutes off the M1. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel.”

“Amazing stay with amazing staff! Booked a room for my mums 80th birthday along with dinner and a meal in the claret jug with family the following day. Everything was perfect for my mum from room to the food and the service - a special shout out to Vicki Wood and (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) the lady who took care of everything for us at the Claret Jug. Absolutely recommend”

“I’ve stayed here a number of times now and it remains my go-to pick for a cheap hotel in Leeds. All the rooms are uniform and functional, with no frills. It’s big, has lots of rooms and is almost always cheaper than its rivals.”

“The room was nice and I loved the food at their restaurant. The only issue was their flush, they said they did some new plumbing and since then the flush needed an extra push, which in general were difficult and if you have longer nails it's extra difficult.”
