“I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it. I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back.”

“Yes, the service was good. The person at the reception, Ali, was very nice and communicated very well. But unfortunately, the condition of the room was not good. There were hairs on the bed, and I’m not sure whether they were from an animal or a person, but there were quite a lot of them. It was quite disappointing for me because the bed didn’t feel clean, and I wasn’t satisfied.”

“It's a nice room, but if there was an air conditioner, it would be impossible to stay in the room during hot weather, let alone get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is loud music playing on the lower floors. However, overall, it is a suitable accommodation option.”
