“I had an unforgettable stay at Pickalbatros Citadel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. To my surprise, they upgraded my room free of charge, which made my holiday even more special. The upgraded room had stunning sea views and was spotlessly clean. The resort itself is breathtaking, with its castle-like design, crystal-clear waters, and plenty of pools and restaurants to choose from. The food had a good variety and everything was fresh. Service throughout my stay was attentive and genuine. I truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture of the complimentary upgrade—it showed the hotel’s commitment to making guests feel valued. I’ll definitely recommend Pickalbatros Citadel to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!”

“It was a pleasant stay at Prima Life Makadi. The staff was extremely nice. I requested a room in the ground floor to ensure an easy accessibility for my child's stroller and they gave me a very good room with the specs requested. The food was very good, not a huge list of items but with a delicious taste. Animation team was a active and they do a great job entraining the guests. I'd like to thank Ahmed from the reception for his decency and professionalism.”

“Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony. Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools. The only negative I would mention is our room on the top floor was next to the elevator and it was quite loud. We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts. Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt. They said they cant let anyone in who is not with the hotel but will provide us a car with driver to the fromt gate. (Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care. Seemed like once you checked out and filled the review for them on reception, you dont matter anymore. We had to walk out with all our stuff to the front gates. Up until then our stay was amazing, but this last 15 minutes left a bad taste in our mouth.”

“J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel à Hurghada ! La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et très bien entretenue. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la vue, qui a été une belle surprise à laquelle je ne m’attendais pas. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été chaleureusement accueillie par le réceptionniste qui a fait mon check-in. Il parlait un excellent français et m’a immédiatement fait sentir comme chez moi. Un des bagagistes était également très aimable et professionnel. Au restaurant italien, Fouad est une véritable perle, et le serveur Abdo a offert un service impeccable. Côté spa, Maryam et Aya, ainsi que la masseuse (dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le nom), ont été tout simplement incroyables. L’ensemble du personnel est hautement qualifié, attentif et toujours soucieux de rendre le séjour des clients inoubliable. L’ambiance est calme et agréable, et bien que j’ai voyagé seule, je ne me suis jamais sentie mal à l’aise, bien au contraire : tout était parfait pour se détendre. Les plages sont absolument magnifiques. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’espère pouvoir y revenir pour un séjour encore plus long.”
