“The Hotel is one of those self-check in types, without a reception. We hadn’t received the code at all, so we had to phone the service number. Person on the phone was good and gave us the code. Very comfortable bed and large room, excellent for the price we paid. In a pretty quiet area surrounded by office buildings, and business parking. Very close to Train station, but not too much around. Cons: Could have been a little bit cleaner, there was hair in the shower drain for example, and a few things didn’t work: a lamp, heated towel rail, the shower door was also missing.”

“A very very nice hotel!!!! The room is clean and comfy. The staff is also nice and polite! Though it’s a bit far from the city center, 10 bus stops, I will definitely stay at the hotel if I have a chance to visit Konstanz once again! The room design is so cute by the way”

“The location is not so central but the bus stop is located a few steps from the hotel. And for people who love to stretch their legs like we do, you can walk to the center maybe aprroximately 30 minutes. The room was clean and got the basic things that we need. The buffet is enough and decent. In our second day of stay there was a lady who went inside our room without even knocking. She is bringing some fresh towels. Maybe she was mistaken but it is MANDATORY that she knocks before coming inside any room. Btw, we did not order for fresh towels.”

“Aucun lit pour bébé nous a été proposé. Dans la configuration du lit de la chambre (2 lits individuels collés), faire dormir un bébé n'est pas franchement simple. Les lits d'ailleurs, leur matelas sont trop mous et je penses qu'ils sont en fait remplis d'eau ce qui au delà du confort, pourrait être indiqué. La salle de bain n'a pas de porte donc pas de place pour l'intimité...”
