“Location fine and excellent however the neighbourhood area is not that great as homeless and **** everywhere around ( I guess this is very common but was a shock to see around ). Good value and no issues . Stay was good”

“Most staff were very pleasant, only had a bit of an attitude from the front desk attendant who checked us in. Seemed like she was assuming we should’ve known the answers to our questions and that I was annoying her by asking. Other than that experience we never saw her again through our stay.”

“I booked the Avid hotel on a whim. Mainly due to proximity to Wonderland and also being a relatively new hotel! I was beyond impressed from the moment I walked in as the front desk staff person was very welcoming, polite and explained everything. The two days that I was there all hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly And kept the hotel very clean. It was nice to have different selection at breakfast for the hot food items. And I have to say the coffee machines that were available were absolutely awesome! The King room that I had was a great size and the bathroom was quite large. It was nice to have a walk-in shower instead of a tub. And I honestly didn’t mind not having a closet and a dresser as it is not something that I use regularly in the hotel rooms. The TV had excellent channel selection.”
