“The room was booked for my son and his family including a 10 months old baby. I have stayed in this hotel for many times and this time we were assigned to the 27th floor which the King one bedroom suite is much smaller than we used to stay. This was really out of our expectation since we have rented several baby products such as play pan, car seat etc and there are not enough space for us to settle them in the room.”
