“I had a wonderful stay at The Standard Brussels. The service was excellent, especially one of the male front desk staff who was extremely friendly and attentive. As it was my first time visiting Brussels, he kindly asked his colleague Rayan to prepare a list of local restaurant recommendations based on my preferences. Their thoughtful help made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and professional service👍”

“Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular.”
