“When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.”

“For the first time in Melbourne the bus from the airport could have stopped on the other side of the road and I walked around to it. The sign that says QUEST could be a lot larger to see. Cab drivers had no idea where the Quest was located so if they don’t know they live and work here. As it was I had to pay $ 26 to the cbd by bus then $25 back to the hotel. Then the man as I was checking in wanted a $50 payment to make sure that the room was in order. But if you paid cash you didn’t get cash back not right . I was not shown how to use the card in the lift young teenager s helped me I have no clue where the gym was”

“Had a great stay at Peppers! The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. The location is also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend!”

“Super nice staff. Very impressive with the service. And housekeeping staff helped us tidy the room everyday. Room is spacious. Location is good, near the free tram stop and also very near to the southern cross station and the shopping malls.”

“We love the location of the hotel. Close to Southern Cross station, only a few min walking distance. Not noisy at all. Car park for the whole day is only $30 a day, which ensures you tell them if U need it. . Have laundry in the hotel, which is $5 each for the wash n dryer. Our favourite is the microwave in the room coz we can preheat the food that we take away. The room has soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Overall will recommend for traveler.”
